Ms. Macer’s practice focuses on the representation of commercial banks and mortgage lenders in commercial real estate financing, the representation of developers in commercial real estate transactions, and the representation of landlords in leasing transactions for commerical real estate. She also has experience in advising lenders on compliance with state and federal regulations related to consumer lending. Prior to joining Chun Yoshimoto, Ms. Macer spent over 20 years in the banking industry where her career focused on lending, including 15 years managing the Loan Services and Commercial Loan Operations departments at a mainland bank.
