Ms. Davidson’s practice focuses on representing both lenders and borrowers in real estate and asset-based secured transactions. She also has a broad range of experience representing buyers, sellers, and developers in the purchase, sale, leasing, and development of hotels, condominium projects, agricultural land, and office buildings. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Davidson worked in the assurance department of a public accounting firm in Honolulu.
